He quickly rose to prominence at Ryan Homes, earning accolades such as "Rookie of the Year," six-time "Top Sales Representative," the "Burgundy Club Award," and the "Presidential Award" for his exceptional sales performance. Bill’s talent for identifying and resolving challenges in struggling communities and product lines was key to his success, particularly in transforming underperforming developments into thriving neighborhoods.

In 2011, Bill joined Standard Pacific Homes, where he played a vital role in developing a platform for move-up buyers that dominated the high-end home market for three years. Following the company’s merger with Ryland Homes in 2015 and its subsequent acquisition by Lennar Corporation in 2018, Bill continued contributing to the success of these leading homebuilders. In 2020, he helped launch a residential division for Synergy Steel, applying innovative commercial steel framing techniques to the residential market. With over 23 years of experience in homebuilding, Bill brings a wealth of expertise to every project he undertakes.
